  DO NOT USE THE ALLENTOWN FRANCHISE OF COMPANY! The lack of professionalism is mind-blowing. We have had to call them out (and paid for this) to the redo the glazing around the drain in the tub about 9 months after we had them glaze it and now (over a year later) the glazing is coming off near the caulking. We used all the products they told us to and keep nothing on the side of the tub as requested by them. Lori is the rudest person I have come across. She will yell at you and then when you yell back to be heard, she will call you abusive and a jerk. She never calls you back with any feedback - I have had to call her back to follow up. She will not help unless you have a copy of your invoice. It takes her days to speak to John (which I believe is her husband) to tell him your issue and then you have to wait until they are in your area to get anyone out. She told me "not to tell her how to run her business" when I suggested that she should call people back to provide feedback. If you want to burn your money and never get and satisfaction - then you have hit the jackpot!

  Absolute nightmare!!! The finish looks amateur, especially the side walls. The caulk I paid extra for literally washed away when I cleaned the tub. The owner's wife was nothing short of terrible to deal with. The finish was so slippery I almost fell in the shower but he told me using a rubber mat negates the warranty... AFTER the job was done. For the price I paid I should have bought a brand new Jacuzzi tub. These are franchises. I am currently dealing with reporting this fiasco to the corporate company in hopes of some restitution. Next on my list is the BBB. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Run.... Run away as fast as you can. Do not give this guy any money... You'll be sorry if you do.
