  Absolutely LOVE this place! Thank you so much for helping me find my dream wedding dress just after speaking with me and putting together all of my thoughts. The process was seamless! Also a HUGE thank you for having the perfect bridal party dress for us. Hope to come in again in the future!

  The experience at Jon's Bridal by Suzanne was absolutely perfect! Suzanne and her associate were wonderful and made myself and my family feel like we were important and special. She was so kind and fit my dress with my price range! The store was clean, organized, and extremely inviting. I am so glad we stopped there because the ladies helped me find the dress of my dreams! I would highly recommend this shop to any bride!

  Very disappointed with the service that was provided to me as soon as I walked in the door. Poor customer service and you could sense animosity towards other staff. I was unaware that I would need to deposit 60 percent of the total cost down on my bridesmaid dress as I assumed measurements meant measurements or a small deposit...136 dollars later.. When I responded in shock, the staff acted as though it shouldn't be a big deal. Will never go to this place again-a bridal place should be a welcoming place, this was such a cold environment.
