  From start to finish, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the A+ service we received from Curtis Total Service! We initially reached out on a weekend because we were having issues with our heat pump and Matt Price quickly returned our call. Matt was readily available to come out on a Saturday to see what issues we were experiencing. After troubleshooting over the phone, we decided to wait until Monday for a regular service appointment. Again, Matt was prompt in arriving Monday morning and quickly determined that our heat pump needed to be replaced. Matt was also able to coordinate an install 2 days later. The crew that performed our install was quick, courteous and professional. Thank you, Will, Chris and Brendan!   Had an emergency plumbing issue and called Curtis Total Service. They were able to get out the next morning first thing and fix the issue. They also helped resolve another issue that had been ongoing. They were courteous and kept us apprised of the status of the work. Definitely plan to get more work done through this company.
