  Very disappointed in the experience. I went in today to return the tux for a wedding I was in yesterday. The older gentleman with the brown hair and glasses took the tux and placed it on the rack and threw the shoes onto the floor underneath it. Took my slip and searched for my card in the little box. He never acknowledged me directly and had his back to me the entire time. I told him the seat of the pants is ripped open, that it happened during the wedding reception and I was totally embarrassed. He ignored me and then finally said OK. Never turned around. Never acknowledged me, never apologized for the inconvenience. Totally rude and disrespectful. I will never use this tux place ever again. They could of at least apologized or offered a credit of some sort for the inconvenience.

  Great formal wear. I buy suits from them all the time and the price is better than a big suit place - yet the service and fit is top notch. Also do dry cleaning and I've never had a problem.
